Bohemians Jamu Shamrock Rovers di Dalymount Park Malam Ini

Bohemians bersiap menjamu pemimpin klasemen Shamrock Rovers dalam laga sengit Divisi Utama Liga Irlandia di Stadion Dalymount Park, Dublin, pada Senin, 25 Mei 2026 malam waktu setempat. Pertandingan derbi Dublin ini menjadi momen bersejarah karena merupakan laga terakhir kedua klub di stadion ikonik tersebut sebelum dibongkar dan dibangun kembali mulai musim depan.

Tuan rumah Bohemians saat ini menempati posisi ketiga klasemen dan berpeluang menyamakan poin dengan Shamrock Rovers yang berada di puncak jika berhasil meraih kemenangan. Skuad asuhan Alan Reynolds ini sedang dalam performa positif setelah menyapu bersih kemenangan dalam tiga pertandingan liga terakhir mereka, termasuk kemenangan tandang 4-2 atas Galway United.

Sebaliknya, Shamrock Rovers datang dengan kondisi rentan setelah menelan dua kekalahan beruntun dari Dundalk dan Sligo Rovers. Manajer Rovers, Stephen Bradley, menghadapi krisis lini serang akibat badai cedera serta absennya kiper utama Ed McGinty dan bek Adam Brennan yang harus memenuhi panggilan tim nasional Irlandia, sehingga kiper berusia 17 tahun, Alex Noonan, bersiap melakoni debutnya di liga.

"The players are fully aware of what these occasions mean to everyone at the club." ujar Alan Reynolds, Manajer Bohemians terkait pentingnya laga derbi terakhir di Dalymount Park.

Reynolds menambahkan bahwa timnya harus mengalirkan ekspektasi dan energi dari tribun penonton untuk menampilkan performa level tinggi di lapangan.

"We have to channel that expectation and the energy we will get from the stands into delivering the high level of performance that is required to beat a team as good as Rovers." kata Alan Reynolds.

Reynolds juga menekankan pentingnya fokus penuh untuk meraih hasil terbaik setelah timnya berhasil bangkit dari tren negatif sembilan laga tanpa kemenangan.

"That has to be our sole focus - getting the performance right on the pitch to get the result right." ucap Alan Reynolds.

Kehadiran kembali beberapa pemain yang pulih dari cedera turut mendongkrak ketajaman lini serang Bohemians dalam beberapa pekan terakhir.

"We have done that in recent weeks, getting three good wins against teams we have found it difficult to get results against in the past, so now we need to build on that further against a team who’ve set the standards in recent seasons." tutur Alan Reynolds.

Kembalinya Dayle Rooney dan Dougie James-Taylor diakui Reynolds memberikan dampak besar bagi produktivitas gol tim.

"Having the likes of Dayle Rooney and Dougie available again over the past number of weeks has made a huge contribution to (Bohs’ recent goalscoring form). We missed them for the period they were out injured and they’ve made a big impact over the past number of weeks." kata Alan Reynolds.

Di kubu lawan, Manajer Shamrock Rovers Stephen Bradley tetap optimis dengan karakter skuadnya meski baru saja menelan hasil buruk.

"We're disappointed with the last two results. But when you take everything out of it and think we had such a short pre-season, 13 training days, there was always going to be ups and downs because of that, especially early on." kata Stephen Bradley.

Bradley menegaskan bahwa posisi timnya saat ini di pertengahan musim tetap memuaskan meski ia tahu performa anak asuhnya masih bisa berkembang lebih jauh.

"But if you said at the halfway point, we’d be where we are, you would be happy. We know it’s been OK, but we know there’s a lot more to come so I think it’s important we understand that." ujar Stephen Bradley.

Menghadapi dua laga derbi Dublin berturut-turut pada pekan ini, Bradley menilai ini adalah momentum yang tepat bagi timnya untuk bangkit.

"It’s a really good week to come into. When you lose games, you just want to go again. We’re coming into two Dublin derbies this week, two really important games. This group as I’ve said before, have tremendous character and have shown that for a number of years. That’s why they are what they are. We will want to go and have a game to put that right. Monday and Friday gives us those opportunities." pungkas Stephen Bradley.
