TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The gold price from Antam, as monitored on the Logam Mulia website in Jakarta on Saturday morning, fell for the second consecutive day. The price per gram dropped from Rp2,788,000 to Rp2,773,000, as quoted by ANTARA.
Similarly, the buyback price for Antam gold has now dropped to Rp2,577,000 per gram. Antam gold prices are subject to change.
The selling price transaction is subject to tax deductions, in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram).
Resale of gold bullion to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value of more than Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 1.5 percent for Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders.
Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. The following are the latest Antam gold prices listed on the Logam Mulia website:
- 0,5 gram: Rp1.436.600.
- 1 gram: Rp2.773.000.
- 2 grams: Rp5.486.000.
- 3 grams: Rp8.204.000.
- 5 grams: Rp13.640.000.
- 10 grams: Rp27.225.000.
- 25 grams: Rp67.937.000.
- 50 grams: Rp135.795.000.
- 100 grams: Rp271.512.000.
- 250 grams: Rp678.515.000.
- 500 grams: Rp1.356.820.000.
- 1.000 grams: Rp2.713.600.000.
In accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017, the purchase price of gold is eligible for a tax deduction. The purchase of gold bullion is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22, which is 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders.
A proof of income tax (PPh) Article 22 withholding tax accompanies every purchase of gold bullion.
