CANTIKA.COM, Jakarta - Ravel Entertainment promoter has officially announced the refund policy for Hammersonic 2026 music festival tickets following a barrage of criticism regarding the lineup not meeting expectations. In a statement released on Thursday, April 23, 2026, the promoter stated that this decision was made after directly hearing feedback from fans. However, the metal music festival will still take place in the NICE PIK 2 area.
"After assessing the situation and considering your feedback, we understand that there are still many Hammerheads who wish to attend Hammersonic Festival 2026," wrote Ravel Entertainment.
Refund Open on April 27-28, 2026
Ravel Entertainment emphasizes that the refund policy is optional and is only intended for ticket holders who choose to cancel their attendance.
Refund requests will be open for two days, on April 27 and 28, 2026. After processing a refund, buyers will not be able to repurchase tickets as official ticket sales will be completely closed.
For ticket holders who do not seek a refund, they can still attend the festival under the same conditions as before. One of which is that one ticket is valid for two people for early buyers.
Concept Shifts to a Private Festival
CEO of Ravel Entertainment, Ravel Junaidy, mentioned that Hammersonic 2026 will undergo a concept shift into a private festival.
"Hammersonic Festival 2026 will continue in a private festival format, where only those who receive official invitations directly from me can attend," he said.
The opportunity to receive an invitation is also limitedly open through DMs to the official Instagram account @hammersonicfest. Later, only fans who obtain a unique invitation code will be able to purchase tickets within a specific period with limited quotas.
This step is described as an effort to make the organization of Hammersonic Festival 2026 more targeted while providing a fairer chance for fans who truly want to attend.
